Probably a 5-6. Considering the negative press that he gets suckered into and lashes out with stupid tweets.Personally I despise 'TWEETS' gives childish attitudes a chance to vent! Hard to rate on a number scale - but better as a comparison to others.He is better than Carter - not as good as Reagan.Probably not as effective on an agenda as Obama yet - but since he doesn't share Obamas love of radical Islam - I rate him ahead of Obama right now, as well.I will narrow it down as time progresses
