Probably a 5-6. Considering the negative press that he gets suckered into and lashes out with stupid tweets.Personally I despise 'TWEETS' gives childish attitudes a chance to vent! Reminds me of 'Tweety bird'. and comes across as comical, but that is me Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

I agree with Change Agent ; He could quit running for president and he could quit telling lies.And stop his stupid tweets.Is this really what the POTUS should be doing?

How would the COG general council grant a rating, what would it be? How would the executive council rate him and how would the Cleveland Educators rate him

I rate him 8.75 or a 9.

Hard to rate on a number scale - but better as a comparison to others.He is better than Carter - not as good as Reagan.Probably not as effective on an agenda as Obama yet - but since he doesn't share Obamas love of radical Islam - I rate him ahead of Obama right now, as well.I will narrow it down as time progresses
