Kevin Wallace is gone. The poor misguided soul has left home, left the family, left the church. He's a prodigal now...marked, tainted. Maybe he'll come to his senses and repent, apologize and come back. Oh, he's not gone from the the body of Christ. Not from the church, town, ministry, family or call of God on His life.I hope not, but he is most likely gone from being allowed to speak at COG general assemblies, campmeetings, Winterfests, youth camps, prayer conferences and other events. After all, he is an outsider now. And why shouldn't he be gone? Surely the COG can find our people to speak at these events.Although Doyle would welcome him, many on here would like for him to be gone from Acts too.Yep. He's gone I'm not saved because I'm good. 'Cause he's gone. Soon he'll be forgotten. Apparently, you've already moved on? You're ready to forget him? Maybe you're right. Maybe he should just be swept under the rug and, well...gone I'm not saved because I'm good. I'm saved because He's good!My website: www.bradfreeman.comMy blog: bradcfreeman.tumblr.com/

That's not a bad thing. It's just natural that if we aren't hearing his name, hearing him preach, seeing him on the big stages we frequent, we will turn our attentions elsewhere. He made a choice that took him out of the line of sight for most of us. He is loved and cared for, but just as when a friend moves away...you may try to stay in touch for a while, but eventually, yeah, you start losing touch. That's just the way things are. We didn't choose to leave him. We didn't choose for him to leave us. And, in the greater sense of The Church, he, of course, did not leave us. But, yes, he did leave the Church of God...and that means that many of us will no longer see him at Camp Meetings, hear of him at Redemption Point(e?), know that he is on some high council, etc.
