Doesn't seem odd at all. It would not be feasible to leave that position open for a year. Therefore, this set off a chain of moves. This happened because the youth director of Western North Carolina's wife took a job at Lee. He made the choice to leave the position of youth director in August for her to begin her new position. He is looking to pastor in the Cleveland/Chattanooga area. Rob Taylor from Ohio went to North Carolina. Matthew Propes in South Georgia moved to Ohio. Justin Sharpe in Michigan went to South Georgia. Max Reyes is moving from South Georgia to become the YD in Michigan.
