www.erieinsurance.comI got a quote from these folk which is cheaper ($200 less per year for auto/home together) than my current company. Its a top rated company, but the ole timer don't know nothin about em. Any experience with em from anybody?

My experience as a legal assistant in a law firm, Erie was one of the worst to work with in paying major claims, especially with personal injury.It still may be true, check reviews here:https://usinsuranceagents.com/reviews/erie-insurance
