| Unless you truly are sitting in sackcloth and ashes, then you're lying. So, do you preach it's okay to lie if you're pretending to do or be something that you're not? (like an old time preacher from Kentucky) Which in it self is a lie also.I much rather be associated with someone who believes God is able in all things than a liar. Love ya, Ernie, an prayin ya will find a job an all needs are met. |

| I do wonder why folks that are no longer COG care what happens at the GA.It doesn't make any sense.As for believing Copeland stuff - Tim is not alone. They are our brothers and sister anyway. So I hope Tim continues to post here |

| Are they? 1 John 4:1 Yes, they are.I have a friend whose daughter died from cancer - all the while believing they needed to have faith that she was already healed (even while hospice came) that God was going to raise her up. He prophesied that God was going to heal her and have a great testimony...all the stuff Copeland teaches - he believed 100%.I wept bitterly with him at her death - not just from him losing a daughter - but for his faith to remain. Recently (but 20 years removed from his daughters death) - I saw him again. He told me how much I meant to him in those times - I related to him some things that he had said to me that helped me in my life. We wept again - for joy this time.So, yeah, he has always been a brother. I feel he had not figured everything out - and neither had I (still haven't).We both believe in Jesus.We're brothers - always |
