I have decided to split the tithe up. I was trying to figure a way to keep from insulting someone by sending money and it be returned!I remember once the Salvation Army did not accept the offer from a winner and their 'cash' donations suffered.I know of one pastor who said, If the money 'was' from a bad source, it is time it did some good! He did eliminate any 'unlawful gain such as bank robbery. Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]://shipslog-jack.blogspot.com/

I can't even think in terms of that kind of money. If I won I would give it all away and get up and come to work in the morning.

Since it is not agricultural produce or animals from the land of Israel or spoil from very specific historical battles, does the law of Moses require tithing on powerball winnings? And shouldn't those tithes go to the priests

If I won 1.5 billion, which would be around 700 million after taxes, the first thing I would do would be hire a guard. The next thing would be an attorney, CPA an administrator. I would delete all social media accounts. Most of the money would be given away and that's why I need a CPA and administrator. My family comes first and I have a LOT of family. But figure about 100 million to family and close friends. Another 100 million would go to Lee with some of that going to building a sports arena. Possibly money to get football started. Then, comes the charities. First is Restavek Freedom Foundation. Next, is any other ministries that are run by family. Next, comes friends as needed. My goodness, I could give away 600 million and still wouldn't know how to act with the rest. It's fun to dream but that's all it is. And, yes....I bought 2 tickets. I sacrificed my Starbucks for it today.

Are you saying you'd refuse them based on the true Biblical tithing model in order to teach a good object lesson?

I don't play the lottery (pay taxes for people who are bad at math), so it's not an issue
