| No one knows who sent the letter. It didn't even have a return address on it. Just the recipient's address, a stamp, and a Pikeville postmark. Somebody sent an unsigned letter, but it wasn't the ole timer. The article is from 2013 |

| No idea what you're talking about here, but just to be clear, my statement about the Pikeville postmark was just a joke to poke fun at OTCP. I know nothing about the anonymous letter that was sent. I knowed it was, Dave. OTCP has never sent a anonymous letter in his life--to anybody. |
