| Carolyn- I could be wrong. I think prediction or prophesy are both the wrong terms to use. Guess is probably the best term to describe it. |

| SO - why doesn't every state choose their own leader from among them?If it is a mission - perhaps it is best for a missionary overseer to come in. But if the state is established - why wouldn't a guy from the state be best.Shipping dudes all over the country - when they know their own state inside out - makes no sense at all. Maybe that's why the states are stagnant at growth |
