| As far as I know, the Constitution does not give the President authorization to create a new branch of the military. But Congress has been deferring its duties to the Executive Branch more and more over the years |

| The president can propose the idea.It sounds like the name of a science fiction TV show.Unless it's about spying on our enemies or dropping bombs on them from space, I don't see why it would be worth a new branch of the military. The plants are so far away, it is not worth sending people out there with our current technology.They should see if they could get permission from the Star Wars franchise for the fight song.
