Funny everybody knows when someone puts a crazy price on something that is for sale that reality is it is worth what somebody else will pay for it. But when it comes to people how ever the government and unions get involved and it is they are worth what the government says they are worth. I think the first job I had was cleaning brick for a penny a brick. Made some serious cash that week.

I am laughing out loud, I did that in Belmont, NC (late 1950s) for 2 cents a brick and lasted one week. LOL again. That was serious money with a pregnant wife and no regular place to live. I am glad I finally got rich! hahahaha Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

I am glad I finally got rich! hahahaha Yeah, I lasted 3 days I think. Thing is, I was 12...this was 1976 I think. It was the summer and I needed some cash. The bricks I was cleaning were at an old cotton gin that had been torn down. Can't remember how many bricks I cleaned. There were a lot of kids there...it was hard work! The next summer I worked for the city in some kind of make work program. I bought my first car with that money.
