| I have been wanting to lose 10 lbs for several years now.I know it isn't 50-100 pounds, but the 10 pounds made me feel uncomfortable. I make a delicious vegetable soup and then put it thru the blender. It has the consistence of 'Campbell's tomato' soup. The entire pot is about 700 calories and makes three evening meals for me and the wife. It has been about three weeks of this. The first week All I ate was soup after a couple eggs in the microwave for breakfast. The next two weeks it was only 3 days on soup each week. I weighed 137 when we were married in '56. I would love to be down to 145 and may shoot for that, but right now I am 'tickled' I finally did something about it. (Breakfast the last weeks was cereal or oats)I just wanted to tell somebody! LOL Our pastor just finished a great series on angels tonight. But things got nasty when he made the comment that Angels can deliver, bring messages, comfort but DO NOT SING! (Well he said the Scripture doesn't say they sing.) Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/ |
