Post subject:  Cojak: Judges crazy sentencing of men for crimes against women for obvious sexual crimes.
Both NY and GA if I am not mistaken, where rape and confinement of juveniles was involved, and they received NO jail time. The NY judge even used for his reasoning, 'the school bus driver had no 'record, and there as only one victim!'This is an obvious example we are headed 'downhill'.I readily agree we have way too many men and women incarcerated in this country, and some should be shown leniency, but if one one of these girls had been my daughter, I would have been VERY upset!Of course neither girl most likely had a pastor, BUT if it had happened to one in your congregation, what would be your reaction Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

Did he actually find the man guilty of rape? Or did he think he was not guilty

It looks strange. They made it sound like the girl was only being 'raped' statuatorily. Even so... a bus driver, entrusted with caring for children
