| and I was having a discussion with some friends who attend a church that was relatively prominent at one time. But we began discussing area churches and connections we have with them. I don't know if this is a nationwide issue or just our area but it seems where I live there has been zero church growth. I am not referring to transfer growth....but new unchurched people. I am very familiar with churches in our area that are defined as movers and shakers....but when I discuss membership with those members, they admit, it is transfer growth. |

The overseer appointed the man with the majority vote, which was the right thing to do, IMHO.I am amazed I had not heard the term 'Movers and shakers' assigned to the movers.I will admit to leaving one COG because I was not comfortable there, but like the CAT, I came BAck, thought I was a goner, but I came back! Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/ |
