OK we saved Iraq and Syria from ISIS. Who said we had to babysit 15 thousand prisoners forever? Whose job was it? If it looks like they are going to escape, carpet bomb the prison with B-52's

Trump is 100% right in getting us out of there. He will also be right to blockade trade with Turkey if they go too far. As much as the TDS inflicted hate it (when they voted for it with Obama), this is what getting us out of MI wars looks like. Another promise made and kept. I know the hawks in both parties hate him for it, but my only lament is that the sad and stupid average voter will get their opinion from CNN instead of remembering how much they were told to hate Bush for getting us involved, and LOVE Obama for promising (and failing) to get us out.

I think every fighter should have a circle tattooed on their forehead or their right ear clipped. With the warning that if they are involved in terrorist activity their sentence is immediate death. When releases many of these 'fighters' will regroup in small cells and promote continued attacks. This whole situation was NOT thought through from the beginning. No one can confidently house and care for 15000 terrorists forever. WE as a nation continue to involve ourselves in areas we have no business. Not doubting our intentions but most of the time we see short term goals set and reached, but long term solutions have eluded us since WWII. Korea, China, Nam, Afganistan, Iran, syria and Iraq. Bringing troops home in boxes or they leave limbs and parts in those countries.I cry at every VA hospital I go to!WArned by other nations, we still plod on, we are going to ESTABLISH Democracies. Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

US force strength in the Middle East has increased by 14,000 servicemembers since May of this year. The White House announced this week that 2,000 new servicemembers are being deployed to Saudi Arabia. You've got to be a real galaxy brain to be celebrating a callous betrayal of promises that will result in the restoration of ISIS and greater Russian control of the Middle East on the basis that Trump moving a few hundred warfighters to another part of Syria is what getting us out of Middle East wars looks like.A promise made and kept indeed.

Did we promise to babysit the nationless Kurds forever, or to be perpetual prison guards for 15 thousand nationless ISIS land-pirates? No. The reason ISIS exists in the first place is that we foolishly toppled Saddam

And separate from your cluelessness about US force strength in the Middle East and your cluelessness about the reality on the ground & how this will ultimately result in a much larger need for US troops, I just want to reiterate again how outrageous it is that a Christian is so cavalierly supporting the betrayal of our national word.

Videos coming out today show roadside executions, a woman sobbing over her dead children, and chaos in ISIS prisons. This could have all been avoided by leaving a group of literally a hundred or so special forces operatives where they were, and not ordering them moved immediately following a phone conversation with Erdogan. This doesn't prevent endless war. It absolutely guarantees it.
