How could one determine who is actually voting. Anyone who knows the credentials of a voter (all their personal info, pen name/number et.) can cast a vote. Maybe there is a way to work all this out. What do I know Recorded Sermons @ www.pastorwiley.com

This one is simple: CANT be DONE! Unique code or credential number are ALL identifiable and give away the privacy of the vote. Is the perimeter of this question just for the good ol USA or globally? Want the truth?Can't handle the truth of the global vote! (for now
