| I wake up each morning and don’t eat breakfast until 9 because I do intermittent fasting. After that, I usually run. I run 1,000 miles a year. When I get home, I take a hot bath. Then, I check social media and fix lunch. Then, back to social media for various reasons and one is to generate real estate business. I do lots of chores around the house since my wife is still working. I finish eating by 5. When the Braves are playing, I watch them or I may go up to Lee for a game. Lots of options in the evening. Before I go to bed, I watch Sanford and Son. Of course, all during the day, I’m talking with the Lord about everything I do. |

I have always admired people who can run like you do. When I was in school, I was almost always the fastest kid on the team, just as long as it wasn’t long distance. After about 1/2 mile I always got too winded to go any further. Like I said though, you guys that can run for miles just amaze me. I walk about three miles, six days a week, and that’s all I can do “Hell will be filled with people that didn’t cuss, didn’t drink, and may even have been baptized. Why? Because none of those things makes someone a Christian.” |
