I had an idea a long time ago for something along the lines of a satire of some of the unseemly extremes of prosperity preaching, but couldn't think of a way to do it without it being mean. But maybe this would work.Have a video of a puppet preaching and post it online. Call it 'How NOT to preach on finances.'The puppet says, People tell me, 'Preacher, when you preach about money, I get a check in my spirit. Well, now, don't you leave that check in your spirit. You've got to activate that check. Get out your checkbook and right that check. Make sure you've got something that is not a zero on the left. But put a whole bunch of zeros on the right. And then mail that check to

Yeah, with some of the TV preachers. And 'check in my spirit' must sound odd to people who aren't familiar with it. There are a lot of Charismatic terms like that. I'm imagining gifts for Father's Day, now, an African American themed line of Charismatic neck ties called 'soul ties.' If someone wrote a big enough check, they could get the soul tie as a love gift
