Not a fan but a couple of friends are. I have heard of Munson. I always enjoyed listening to John Forney, Doug Layton and Jerry Duncan. Some of you may have heard those names but probably not. They were announcers for the Crimson Tide for many of the glory days of Paul Bear Bryant. Back then there were only 2 or 3 televised games for a team a year...unless you were Notre Dame As far as TV sports announcers go I would love to hear Keith Jackson call one more game. He is 89 but even so I am sure he would put many of today's so-called announcers to shame Especially a certain female announcer on ESPN who shall remain nameless. I really don't understand why she is an announcer...oh wait a minute ESPN...I get it
