At the beginning of each new year I’ve always tried to set personal leadership goals. Will I choose a continuing education option ? What seminars or lectures will I attend this year? What books will I be reading ?

It's not a leadership goal, but I'd like to continue memorizing Scripture. I've mentioned that I'm memorizing Romans with one of my pastors; we should be done in about two months. After that we have the audacious plan to memorize the Gospel of John, which we will do if God permits. That will probably take us into the fall if not beyond.Additionally, I'm going to attempt the Challies reading challenge. www.challies.com/resources/the-2018-christian-reading-challenge/
