White's video starts at about 5:30, although the first few minutes of exegesis are recommended!The whole video is really the ask, but the official give your first month's wages to me ask starts at 21:48.www.youtube.com/watch?v=V33vAkNPhGUThis is an excellent exegetical breakdown of this type of teaching.

Glad you liked it. Rosebrough is an LCMS guy and a cessationist, so I don't agree with him about everything, but I do appreciate his ministry in this area. I've listened to him quite a bit and he does welcome orthodox Pentecostals as brothers in the faith, even though he personally disagrees with continuationism and the Pentecostal distinctives.
