No one knows who sent the letter. It didn't even have a return address on it. Just the recipient's address, a stamp, and a Pikeville postmark. Somebody sent an unsigned letter, but it wasn't the ole timer. The article is from 2013

No idea what you're talking about here, but just to be clear, my statement about the Pikeville postmark was just a joke to poke fun at OTCP. I know nothing about the anonymous letter that was sent. I knowed it was, Dave. OTCP has never sent a anonymous letter in his life--to anybody.
