The call for a larger Council in the Church of God is anything but a power grab. if reducing the Council were being called for, then maybe it could be seen as such. Enlarging the Council seems to be a call for greater participation in the process of speakinginto the future of the church. The terminology of power grab is not at all reflective of the current Council or Executive Committee
