Got word last week that DelmarvaDC is getting new leadership. Also, AL may lead the charge and go with an in state choice. Seems like that’s the trend among states with strong councils. Some overseers only want guys who are already in the proven system but more and more state councils are not just taking what they are given. One more thing- with all the TOT cuts, don’t be surprised if many YD positions are merged with ministry coordinator positions. You’ll have some YD/Evangelism Director titles combined.
