If that were the case, then we'd expect people who live in Asia and use squat toilets to always outlive westerners, and I don't think statistics bear that out, not with Indonesia and the US at least

but you might put strain on your wrists, so you can buy those pushup up thingies that rotate. I've had two sets of those, I think, and gotten rid of them due to moving over the Pacific
