According to some posts here, news about that project has disappeared.For what it is worth, here is my Public Relations advice to the AB and State Council.

To home missions.But if people have these unanswered questions, it might. Perhaps it will cause more local churches to begin to branch out and start new works and forget any help from any headquarters monies. Just take up a personal vision. May God lift up pastors and churches who will undertake this tasks
