I just learned this week that Tim Tillman was ordained by the COG in Florida years ago, and was also a Youth Director in one of the Mid-North States, maybe Wisconsin or even Michigan. I did not know that he had been COG, I knew he was ex-Navy when he was caught and convicted. of Murdering his wife, at the time he was Pastoring an AOG I think.My internet is via cell phone. I wanted to watch the movie (TV series in 2014) but am not sure I can get it to play without cable. Tim was from Florida.He married a girl from Jacksonville, the girl he would later shoot in the back in cold blood. Her name was Janet Harper (Tillman).Her father was a church of God pastor from Jacksonville, Charles Harper.I believe Tim tried his hand as a minister in the COG - but was mostly in the AOG wherever he went. Of course, trouble followed him everywhere he went, as well.I think you can watch the investigative show on YouTube. The reason I heard about this was from the Widow of Brother King. She said Tillman concerned her husband. He called the state overseer before his ordination and voiced his concerns about the rumors that surrounded him, but nothing was done.
