I've seen several people saying they've taken this run on toilet paper as the final push toward installing a bidet that attaches to their toilet (which could be detached if they move). From what I understand, you can get a pretty nice one on Amazon for about $60. That's a lot of money until you consider the reduced longterm budget for toilet paper. I prefer using both. But even doing that, you'd still save money on toilet paper, assuming the water continues to run. If water stopped running, much of the country would be in trouble. We are really dependent on utilities. But I could cut through a quarter mile of bamboo to get some water from a creek downhill that runs off what we nickname 'snake lake' on the other side of our neighborhood, if I didn't get too dehydrated out there hacking with a machete
