Or is it already too late? I know a lot of paperwork must be in by a prescribed time. I would think if there was a possibility that Clinton would be 'called into account for 'whatever'' and face the possibility of flat 'NOT WINNING' what is the latest that Biden can jump in Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]://shipslog-jack.blogspot.com/

Its too late to get his name on the Democratic party primary ballots in many (if not all) states by now. . Thanks JD, I hadn't thought of that
