A few years ago we attend a church in our area that had a volume level that far exceeded that of camp meeting. We left. A few weeks ago I saw a lady in a restaurant wearing a T shirt with the churches name on it. We spoke to her and asked her if the volume had been addressed in her church. She replied; yes we have I know it has been very loud at times but we now have ear plugs available in the foyer and if its still to loud then we have a special room set up that people can watch the sermon and music on TV.What an ingenious thought! The problem was solved , in a business meeting of the staff , by passing out two dollar ear plugs. { Which by the way completely negates the use of Root Cause. }
