They still have Whittier campmeeting, it appears. I live several hours from there and haven't been since my youth.static1.squarespace.com/static/57d043a159cc6867e7fee2fb/t/58f90bf95016e1e191640c9b/1492716538610/Gateway+Cmp+Mtg+Flyer.pdfWNC website: www.wnccog.org More of Him...less of me.twitter.com/camiracle77www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=691241499&ref=name

I am on the net hap hazardly on an ancient laptop deep in a valley. Nothing of any size will down load. Thanks for the information. My girl says the church is renting an auditorium in Hickory, it is not at a church.I too miss the NC Campground. I know lots of folks feel we have outgrown the Camp Grounds for Camp meetings, maybe so, but I still miss them Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

Someone on the FB Memories of NC Campground page said yesterday that they (the state - whoever owns the property) are finally tearing down the tabernacle. Some said it's good because it was sad in its present state, but it's also sad to me that it will no longer be there at all. So many hallowed & good memories in that place More of Him...less of me.twitter.com/camiracle77www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=691241499&ref=name

My understanding from some friends who pastor on the western side is there will NOT be a Whittier CM this year. Apparently the SO wants a more central location???I personally (and this is only my opinion) think he is digging his WNC grave.... Pastor Mike IPHC Pastor

They are about 35 miles apart according to Google. My guess is it's different, Dallas being a local campmeeting (not state. More of Him...less of me.twitter.com/camiracle77www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=691241499&ref=name
