Was this true at the time when Peter said it? For there were nations that likely didn't know of Jesus (apparently Cornelius didn't). What thinkest thou? Shalom Aaron, it was always the plan of G-d to bring the Gentiles in the Covenant Isa 49:6& being Egyptians came out with the Jews in the Exodus, Ex 12:38. But they became kinda high-minded & didn't share the Gospel Message to the world. This is evident in the later versus chapter 10:45-47, as they were astonished that the Holy Ghost fell on the Gentiles, hence G-d is not a respecter of persons...Cornelius certainly did know this Acts 10:1-3, he was a devout man, and when that fear G-d and he built synagogues for the Jewish people, G-d called him clean. 10:31, his prayers came up to G-d & G-d answered him. 10:35; But in every nation, (gentile nation) he that fears Him (G-d) & works Righteousness (Torah Deut 6:25, James 2:27-24) *is* accepted of Him. It's faith in G-d & our keeping (works) His Commandments,/Torah 😠Ps 122:6
