let’s make this like map like the US House of Representatives. Let’s split the thing up by population %. I don’t care how the map’s population is decided as long as it is representation of pastors and only the USA. Split world mission into its own conference that we still support but with the intent of raising up indigenous leadership from those countries. Have a world cog assembly in a difference region every X number of years. I think the ag has had Sidney Madrid and Brazil as locations in the past. If the church of God actually provides a form of autonomy to these other countries we will make a stronger world wide COG. Look to this as a good starting point worldagfellowship.org/.
