As if our youth needed more support for their bad decisions. We have a tough enough time trying to get our kids to understand the importance of living a virtuous life & to pass on the temptation of living together.Bieber proposes to Hailey Baldwin (daughter of Stephen & BFF with Kim K.) & then apparently marries her in secret. Then he makes the following comment:

Sure we want married people to keep this determination but to invoke God in such a way it only feeds the confusion that so many of our youth are already experiencing. Have we traveled so far down the road of perdition that the notion of living a sanctified life is forfeited as long as you sound like an ordinary Christian?

She’s Stephen’s daughter. I don’t know much about his life but I do know that before he was famous, he did go to church here at Buckhead Church in Atlanta and knows the way. He seems to be trying to “live right.” Maybe he’s just a “baby Christian.” That seems to be the accepted excuse for Trump. I haven't heard the Trump baby Christian debate is that going around Empty nest syndrome is for the birds!Email me at: [email protected] planters are focused on just one thing ...introducing people to Jesus!

What is it about his statement/actions that you are commenting on? His statement that he wants to get to know his new wife's body? I'm trying to figure out what's so objectionable about what he said.

A young American entertainment icon makes this statement as though he's serving God & it leads young people to believe that all is well with JB & his so called relationship with Jesus. I guess I didn't spell it out enough.Hard to believe one walks with God today but then does a concert tonight dropping 'F' bombs & running around the country with his fiancee before they were married. Based on some posters here I've become the old fashion type but I have a hard time with people who live with their girlfriend & yet espouse Godly virtues.Yes, they're married now but he hasn't separated himself from his trade. He's an evangelist for a gospel that is empty unless he steps away from his bare chested, 'F' bomb concerts, hanging out with Floyd Mayweather Jr. & showing the world he attends the biggest A list parties with Kim K. & gang Empty nest syndrome is for the birds!Email me at: [email protected] planters are focused on just one thing ...introducing people to Jesus!

Maybe Beiber has a pen name on Acts. There are folks on here that sound holy, too

Yeah, my tendency would (unfortunately) be toward skepticism of the genuineness of Bieber's conversion, but there seems to be some small but real promise to it. He's definitely got the deck stacked against him as a rich celebrity, but is anything too hard for God? He's def worth praying for!I still have a hard time with using the Lord when it's convenient or sentimental & then diving head long back into the world.Trust & pray he's not faking it Empty nest syndrome is for the birds!Email me at: [email protected] planters are focused on just one thing ...introducing people to Jesus!

I have an idea it is VERY TOUGH to leave that environment of SUPER CELEBRITY. And stay with one wife. If he really is trying he can do it of course, but the averages are against it. Unless he does feel called to be an evangelist and does that. He could certainly finance it.BUT I think (MOST) EVERYONE on here understands what DEan posted. I do not know Beiber, I think he is Canadian, I have never heard him sing, just read the news releases on the internet and according to what I have read, taken at face value I understand Dean's consternation, I really believe most commenters on this forum do also. Yes everyone is of value (even Beiber and Miley) but Christians as a rule detest the life styles and must strain hard to take them serious after reading about their morals. If it is real it will be known and Mine, yours or Deans opinion will not change that. Shucks we have had good ministers that could not handle being faced with celebrity-hood and millions. Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/
