I'm not sure about conspiracy, but I believe sudden mass panic lead to the law being broken. I believe its serious and some people need to answer for it. Not sure it rises to the level of conspiracy though. I hope we learn the truth. Its is interesting to me that the same day this happens, Ken Starr admits that he omitted information in his report on the Clintons, that THEY were catalysts in Vince Foster's suicide. Interesting

It seems like there are some pretty questionable things that should be investigated, and I hope they're investigated thoroughly and we learn the truth -- and, if warranted, I hope that anyone who committed crimes is held responsible.
