Our church probably seats about 250-300 we were down to about 15-20 on Wed/Sunday nights. It was crazy. that few scattered over the church. Our pastor decided to move into the fellowship hall and become less formal. He teaches and does a great job of it. In my opinion we need more actual solid teaching.WE are now up to 40 last Sunday night and we are loving the teaching and closeness of the group. Offerings are up along with attendnce. We wre also treated with the good news we are saving 'hundreds of $' by not heating or cooling the large sanctuary. We B a happy church. Bro Danny Peterson is our pastor at present and doing a great job. Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

Follow up, we did pass 40 on Sunday night. I am no authority but that may be a Sunday night record for the last 10 years. The people attending are loving the teaching and informal atmosphere. Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

Our church also meets in the fellowship hall on Wednesday nights. It saves money to heat/cool the smaller rooms rather than the sanctuary. We have 2 classes for adults, and 2 classes for kids/youth. Our pastor is trying to be wise with our resources. Our church seats around 100 and runs around 30 regularly. It has a definite mental effect on the church, pastor, etc., to see all the empty seats. Sometimes you have to get creative with the way you set the sanctuary up...or take some chairs out for a season until they're needed again.I love what your pastor is doing More of Him...less of me.twitter.com/camiracle77www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=691241499&ref=name
