I'll start. I think I would. When I was younger I had it all figured out. Now I'm just thankful for God's grace.

Amen! I think that's the journey for every young pastor. It takes a long time to figure out how little we really know. You mentioned grace and that's very important. We are told to grow in grace..... That process takes time and patience. We see Paul's maturation in the scripture as well. He goes from being an Apostle in Galatians to the chief of sinners in I Timothy.
